Why me?
Real Estate Agents come from a wide variety of backgrounds. My background since college has been in land use. I graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Since that time I have worked for or with architects, engineers, and planners on projects in California, Nevada and Colorado. I helped create a demographic study for Ouray County with the Southwest Data Center. I have provided Geographic Information System mapping services to Montrose, Delta, San Miguel and Ouray counties. And I have worked on subdivision projects in those counties as well as designed septic systems and house foundations.
Currently, I am on the City Council in Ouray and am the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment liaison for those bodies. Most recently, I have worked designing foundations and septic systems for a local engineering firm. I have lived and worked in the Uncompahgre Valley for over 12 years.
You will be hard pressed to find an agent who has my level of expertise on Real Estate development issues, construction development experience, and regional knowledge. Contact me today to let me brainstorm with you on how to get your project off the ground. Whether you are looking to buy a first residence, a vacation home, a parcel of land for your dream home, or a development opportunity, I can help you get it done.
My approach to real estate is one of service. My goal is to provide you the information that you need to make an informed choice about any property. This includes giving you the downsides, from my experience, for any particular location. Most real estate agents specialize in sales and marketing. These are important components of the industry, but my approach is different. Rather than try to sell something to you, my goal is to work with you to find the property that best suits you.
I love this area and know it well. Let my knowledge and experience work for you.
